In Muktinath, you see Tibetan traders and sadhus (holy men) from as far away as the south of India. The trail runs through quaint villages, cascading waterfalls, lush forests and, surprisingly, an almost barren, leeward side of the Himalayas. Another attraction of this trekking is the culture and way of life of Thakali. Thakalis is an indigenous group that resides in the northwest of Nepal. They are originals by Thak Khola. The village of Marpha is a commercial salt route from Tibet western part of Nepal. Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu (1400m) and Transfer to hotel.

After landing at Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative of Colors Nepal who will drop you off at hotel. Then after arriving at the hotel, we freshen up and rest for a while. In the evening, a welcome dinner will be organized by the Colors Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.


Day 2: Kathmandu, Bhaktpure sightseen.

Today, after breakfast, we begin our tour to some of the most historical and spiritual attractions of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur also classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We visit historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambhunath), Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the Buddhist Sanctuary (Boudhanath), which is also one of the largest stupas in the world. At the evening we got to meet each other in the hotel and discusses our trip for next day. Overnight in Kathmandu.


Day 3: Fly Kathmandu to Pokhara(827m)

After breakfast, we will drive to the airport for a flight to Pokhara. About 25 minutes flight to Pokhara is spectacular with Himalayan view all along its route. You can enjoy the ambiance of Pokhara in the natural settings with towering Himalayas in the back drop. Visit Devi's Fall and Tibetan Refugee Camp. Explore Phewa lakeside market. Phewa Lake boating in the evening to catch the reflection of Himalayas on the Phewa Lake. We will spend the night in Pokhara.


Day 4: Pokhara to Jomsom(2743m) and trek to muktinath(3800m) and Back to Kagbani.

After early morning breakfast we fly from Pokhara. It’s a spectacular 30-minute flight. As you go up, the landscape changes from the luxurious greenery of the Pokhara area to the barren, rocky piece of land of the Mustang before arriving at Jomsom.
Taking a jeep to Kagbeni, this bustling medieval town could be a great base for exploring the Lower Mustang. Once again, our journey starts climbing up to the village of Jharkot. Throughout the trek, we will have picturesque places to admire. From Kagbeni, the road climbs quickly to join the direct path that leads to Khingar at 3200 meters above sea level. The path climbs through a desert landscape to the village of Jarkot. An extra climb comes to Muktinath.
Muktinath is an important place of pilgrimage for Nepalese of both Buddhist and Hindu faiths as these two religions are intricately woven together in Nepal. We visit the main temple and tour its surrounding. We can admire the water spouts before paying a visit to a Buddhist monastery nearby. From Muktinath, we retrace our steps back to Kagbeni. Overnight in Kagbeni.


Day 5: Rest at Kagbani and have some Local sightseeing.

Kagbeni (2840m) is a village about 10 kilometers from Jomsom, a 2-3 hour walk. The Kagbeni is very straightforward, following the Kaligandaki river gorge – the deepest in the world of its kind and a reason behind eerie rocky formations that can be found all around. With its narrow cobbled alley and small Buddhist monasteries scattered all around the village, Kagbeni is a true gem. Overnight in Kagbeni.


Day 6: Kagbani to jomsom and fly back to Pokhara.

We retrace our steps back to Jomsom early in the morning. During the trek we will have scenic picturesque places to stop by and admire. After arriving at Jomsom, we will take scheduled flight to Pokhara. The airplane passes through a gorge between Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains making the flight itself an amazing experience. Overnight in Pokhara.


Day 7: A day sightseeing surrounding to Pokhara.

Early in the morning, we head towards Sarangkot, a hill overlooking Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. From here we have a breath-taking view of the sunrise in the mighty Himalayas. Then we return to Pokhara and continue visiting the monuments of the city. Davis Falls is a unique waterfall that has no end. Shiva Cave is located near Davis Fall. We also sail on Phewa Lake, the largest lake in Pokhara. We also visit the Tibetan refugee camp and see the number of refugees involved in the production and exchange of wool carpets and other handicrafts. Overnight in Pokhara.


Day 8: Flight back to Kathamandu and sightseen at Swyambhunath.

After breakfast, we say goodbye to the beautiful northern skyline of Pokhara and fly back to Kathmandu. However, after arriving at Kathmandu, It’ll be a Pleasing Experience for us to visit around Swayambhunath. Swayambhunath is an ancient religious architecture at the top of a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. Overnight in Kathmandu.


Day 9: Departure to home.

We check our stuff once again before leaving for the airport. A representative from own of ours will pick you up at the hotel and drop off at the airport three hours before your scheduled flight.
